Yes! The advertised price includes both setup and delivery of your item(s). We do not set up tables and chairs, instead, they will be neatly stacked for you. We request tables and chairs are stacked back up where we left them for easy pickup. Thank you!
Yes. If your city is not listed please call our office, we may service your area for a minimum service amount.
Our rental times vary based on your needs. You can select your rental times through our easy checkout process here on our website. If you need your rental until later in the evening, please use our "multi-day" option when selecting your dates and times.
We arrange set up times with you personally 1-2 days before your rental when we are creating our routes. If there is a specific need for when you would like us to set up, we can certainly do so. You are guaranteed to have your rental set up before your start time!
No. The inflatable should be clean when you get it. Here at Rebound Party Rentals, we hand clean and disinfect each unit before and after every rental.
Yes, when they are in use. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time it is being utilized. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet with 50Â¥ within 100 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy-duty cords.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day. Some parks require a permit to be pulled so please do your research and call the park before booking!
Cash or most major Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our staff members do not carry cash. If the balance is unpaid at the time of drop-off, the card on file will be charged. Full balance is due 72 hours BEFORE SET UP.
Cancellations MUST be made within NO less than 48 hours from the start of the rental. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the rental time, there will be no refund. Deposits are nonrefundable. WEATHER: We will rain-check due to bad weather up to 24 hours before your rental time (chance of rain must be higher than 50% in your city to reschedule due to weather). No rescheduling due to weather will be accepted less than 24 hours from your rental start time.
Yes. All orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. If your order is over $500 we require a 30% deposit and your remaining balance is due in FULL 3 days prior to the start of your rental. The deposit is nonrefundable.
Size of the inflatables differ from unit to unit. Please note the space required for each unit (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Units need room to be staked in the ground as well as room for the blower. They can NOT rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatable unit. The sizes listed with each inflatable include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
Check the requirements listed with each unit. Also, make sure you have at least 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The inflatables can weigh up to 1000 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl units.
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please call us immediately so we can remedy the situation. If damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, allowing animals on or around the unit, using silly string in the unit, etc.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit, blower, etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE ANY OF OUR EQUIPMENT FOR ANY REASON. If our stakes, blowers, or inflatable units are moved in any way you WILL BE CHARGED A $200 fee PLUS fees for any damage to the unit. Accidental damage will be covered by the damage waiver fee (if paid) and will be determined at the discretion of Rebound Party Rentals owners. WE DO NOT ALLOW SILLY STRING TO BE USED IN ANY OF OUR UNITS AT ANY TIME. If silly string is used in any of the units, you will be charged the full amount to replace the inflatable unit. There is NO FOOD allowed in the units whatsoever. If food is found in the units, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $100-200 depending on the severity of the cleaning necessary. Absolutely no canned or glass beverages should be around the inflatable at any time. We don't want you, or us, to be in the situation of repairing damage, which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
